My name is Melanie and as long as I can remember I have always had issues with my lips being chappy and stripy more so during the colder seasons. My mom is never lucky to find the right lip products that I am not too sensitive to and believe me I have tried most. I have decided to make my own homemade lip gloss, knowing exactly what it's made of, with oils that heals and moisturize the lips. Quality should never be a compromise which is why I have selected the best ingredients for my lippies such as castor oil, coconut oil etc. leaving you with a long lasting smile!

Dottilda was created in loving honor of my grandmother, Mama Johnson; a bright, joyful soul whose love and wisdom helped shape the heart of Melanie Lippies. She was instrumental in guiding what to use during the healing process of my lips, sharing simple, nourishing solutions that became the foundation of Melanie Lippies.
She was known for her kindness, her radiant spirit, and the joy she brought to everyone in her community. The sunset colors of this lippie reflect her warmth, her light, and the beauty of her bright personality and passion for people.
Dottilda is more than a gloss; it’s her legacy in every detail. A reminder of her care, her influence, and the love she poured into everything she did. Through this, her light continues to shine.
