Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Melanie Lippies LLC! We’re committed to delivering your lip gloss products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.



1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or new product launches.



2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or similar): 3–7 business days
     
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
     

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and your location.



3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.



4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If you experience a delay, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.



5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Melanie Lippies LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please:


  1. Confirm the shipping address provided
     
  2. Check with neighbors or household members
     
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier for assistance
     

If you still cannot locate the package, email us at [melanielippies@gmail.com] and we’ll do our best to help you.



6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
