Refund Policy

Return must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the item.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Products and packaging MUST be unopened and unused for a refund or exchange to be issued. Products MUST be completely destroyed within transit period prior to arriving at it final destination with reasonable proof and review of damage for a replacement or refund to be issued.
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned
Melanie Lippies will stand full return shipping cost if we are responsible for shipping the wrong item. However shipping cost for returning an item is solely the customers responsibility if the customer purchased the wrong item.
In order to process your refund, a return tracking number MUST be provided and refund will be provided upon receipt. Please note that the receipt of your refund reflects based on your bank institution.
Your order number and reason for your return MUST be noted upon your request for approval.
