At Melanie Lippies LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our lip gloss products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any used or unused items.
Please read our refund policy below before making a purchase.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any lip gloss or cosmetic products. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
